General Guidelines for Submission
Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the 8
th
Biennial Meeting of Asian Society of Gynecologic Oncology (ASGO 2023).
Abstracts must be submitted online via the website and indicate whether the abstract is for Oral, Poster, Surgical Video Presentation and Young Doctor Session.
Only the first author can submit an abstract.
Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
The Scientific Committee of ASGO 2023 will determine whether the abstract is accepted as an oral presentation or a poster presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.
Ethical considerations: For clinical trials, details of ethical committee approval and types of informed consent should be stated. Names and initials of patients or volunteers should not be used.
In order to submit an abstract, all presenters are required either to pre-pay USD 120, the abstract processing charges (APC) or pay the full registration fees before submitting an abstract. Please note that the APC is non-refundable but deductible for the registration fees.

All accepted abstracts will be published in Journal of Gynecologic Oncology.

Abstracts Format
Capitalize the first letter of all words in your title. However, do not capitalize article words such as “a,” “the,” “and,” & “of” unless the article is the first word of the title.
All abstracts must contain the following information: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results and Conclusion.
Abstracts should be no more than 400 words. Tables or figures are not allowed.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
Abstract Acceptance
The Scientific Committee of ASGO 2023 reserves the rights to make the final decision of presentation categories and acceptance/rejection of abstract.
Authors will be notified by email no later than mid-October, 2023 whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected.
Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official congress book or any other meeting-related platform.
Presentation Time
Oral presentations:
7-min each, followed by a discussion after every 3-4 presenters.
Poster presentations:
Poster size is W90xH120cm, please print and bring your own poster.
Surgical video presentations
: 7-min well edited video with a title page and narratives.
Young doctor session
:
Oral presentation: 8 mins each, followed by a discussion after every 3-4 presenters
Graphics presentation: 6 mins each with templates to follow, followed by a discussion at the end

Please note that registered personal information will not be used for purposes other than for the management and preparations for ASGO 2023. Accepted personal information will also be controlled with necessary security measures.
