  2. Please be noted that registration fee must be paid in New Taiwan Doller (NT$) by credit card only.
  3. To be able to qualify the registration rate of nurse or student, ID or relative identification must be uploaded for approval when signing up.
  4. For low income countries, please refer to the list of World Bank Classification.
  5. Registration to the pre-congress workshop is available during your registration process.
  6. Maximum participants for pre-congress workshop is 10 people.

How to Register

  1. For those who have not registered, please use a valid E-mail address to sign up a new account at the online system. A account confirmation letter will be emailed to you after completing a registration form. It is advisable to check all items listed.

  2. If you wish to register after the account set up, please log in & complete the registration form. A registration confirmation letter will be emailed to you after completing the payment registration.

  3. For abstract submission applicants, please login with the original registered account and password. Abstract processing charge, USD 120, must be paid before submission. Please note that the APC is non-refundable but deductible for the registration fees.

  4. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing by email to the ASGO 2023 Registration Office (2023asgo@gmail.com).

*Note: An e-mail account can only register once. The email account is important for confirmation and communications. Please be sure to fill in correctly.

Visa and Invitation Letter

  • For Visa-Exempt Entry, Landing Visa and eVisa, please visit HERE.
  • Citizens of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam can apply online for an R.O.C. (Taiwan) Travel Authorization Certificate from the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior. For more information, please visit HERE.

Invitation Letter

Upon request, the system will automatically email a letter of invitation to facilitate a participant’s travel and visa arrangements after you sign up a new account. It does not imply provision of any financial or other support.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund must be sent in writing with the application form via email (2023asgo@gmail.com) to the Conference Secretariat. Verbal notification will not be accepted.

The following rules of refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

Cancellation received on or before November 5th, 2023:  70% refund.

After November 5th, 2023:   No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows.

 

Notes:

  1. All refund will be processed after the conference is concluded. Except for force majeure factors, late applications will not be refunded.
  2. Please note that all refunds will be made in TWD at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. Handling fee and bank charges shall be bore by the participants.
  3. Registrants who do not cancel by the above date and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.
  4. Registrants are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations. If the event is cancelled, the organization is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrant.
