Course Objectives:
At the end of the workshop, trainees will be able to demonstrate the basic laparoscopic techniques and acquire skills and knowledge in handling the laparoscopic instruments and camera.
- Techniques in laparoscopic camera and instrument handling
- Techniques in laparoscopic suturing and knot-tying
- Electrosurgery in laparoscopy
- Safe access to the abdomen
- Ergonomics
- Pre- and Post-operative considerations

- Residents, fellows or attendings who wishes to improve the basic skills of laparoscopic surgical skills.
